We are in receipt of your complaints with our company. Your original complaint was placed on Google (not our website) to which we attempted to call you to resolve the issues and had been unable to reach you. Your second complaint was posted on our website which declared that we hid your original complaint which did not happen. As per your contract, we installed the wet area of your bathroom with parts and installation provided by our company. As per our agreement we were to install a new vanity and flooring that was to be supplied by you. Upon installation of the bathroom you were not in possession of the vanity for us to install it. In addition, your shower head was to be replaced. We were waiting for you to obtain the vanity and contact us to install it at which time we would replace the shower head. Our installation manager Don contacted you regarding the vanity at which time he was told that you hired someone else to install it. We contacted you to schedule the appointment to re
