I wanted to take a moment to compliment the gentleman who was out on Sixth Street in Liverpool introducing your company to the neighborhood. It has been a long time since I’ve met someone representing a business with that level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. He didn’t come across like a salesman at all. He simply introduced himself, explained who he was and what your company offers, handed us a door hanger, and said he’d appreciate a call if we were ever in the market for interior or exterior work. Then he thanked us for our time and continued on his way. There was absolutely no pressure—just a genuine, respectful introduction. In a world where door-to-door interactions can often feel uncomfortable, his approach was refreshing. He represented your company exceptionally well, and I wanted to make sure that effort didn’t go unnoticed.
