It is our pleasure to submit this testimonial for the consultation and workmanship provided to us by C. Michael Exteriors. Our house is 25 years old and our wooden windows were showing signs of rotting wood. We were in the market for 6 new replacement windows and a new front door. We came upon C. Michael at the Home Show and made an appointment for them to come to our house for an estimate to replace our 6 windows and front door. Joe Palermo arrived on time and was very pleasant to consult with. Joe explained his product thoroughly showing us samples of the material used in their product. He honestly addressed all our concerns, especially our concern over switching from a bay window to a slider window and what the outcome would look like from the outside. We never felt rushed by Joe and were very satisfied with his presentation. On April 22, the supplies arrived and workers came the next morning to install the windows and door. These workers were polite, conscientious, and productive. Chancey, the supervisor, lead the workers with great efficiency. Chancey was very courteous to us and was intent on making us satisfied. The congeniality among the workers themselves was wonderful to witness. Their clean-up was super! We love our new windows and door and highly recommend C. My husband and I contracted with C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to have new Dutch Lap siding, 3 windows, and front entry door installation this spring. Mike presented all of the options very well, and the installers did a very professional job. Everyone was courteous and answered all of our questions. Saved me from going crazy in a dark home but saved
Thank you so much for the work you have done to my house! Before the new windows I had very little natural light due to the small and only window in my entire living room. Now that the front window was expanded and the new window was installed over my front door I rarely have to turn on the lights! You not only saved me from going crazy in a dark home but saved me on my electric bill! My children’s windows also were so old and crank out type windows, I was so worried about them getting hurt on the knobs. The new windows take my worry away and are safer and 10x more beautiful then I expected! All the work done at my home made it worth more to me then gold and I appreciate the professional and fast install as well as the opportunity to buy from such an amazing company! Windows and Siding was a big project that had been on our "need to do" list for several years. We interviewed half a dozen contractors that we had met at the March '18 Syracuse Home Show at the NYS Fairgrounds. C. Michaels Exterior was able to provide a timeline and financing options we could not turn down- and we ended up being able to do the project several months sooner than we anticipated. The crew were absolutely fantastic. They installed 13 new windows and siding in under a week- and were professional and friendly the entire time. They were kind and understanding of our 2 kids who tried not to be underfoot- but were on summer vacation. They were sweet (and brought treats!) to our 2 labs who wanted to be friends with everyone- and don't understand the concept of work. Chance was an excellent head contractor- and just as nit-picky as we were about the little details. Tim- his second in command was just as great- and always kept us in the loop of where things were in the project. The crew promptly arrived each morning and picked up each and every day after themselves. They also clearly liked working with each other- and it was nice to have that energy around the house each day. We added some revisions to our job that happened after we signed the contract in the spring, and that process was smooth and worry free.
