Just wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful job everyone did....I bought my house a year ago and it needed some serious TLC....You made that happen and my house is beautiful now, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the way it turned out. The whole process went so smoothly!! Chance was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me, as I know nothing about this stuff. We first want to thank C. Michael Exteriors for installing our new windows. My husband and I are very pleased with the product and how well the installation went. In August of this year, we saw an article of this company on Facebook. We called to get a quote to have our 14 windows replaced. The company responded immediately with an appointment for the next day. When Gary arrived at our home, he was knowledgeable with the product, helpful in answering all our questions regarding in what was needed and how the process worked. The replacement work took 2 days to complete. Our crew: Tim and Ron were very considerate with our home and furnishing, and working around our animals. We had our house sided and 2 new doors and 3 new storm doors and gutters put on by C. Michael. Just want to say how wonderful it looks. The 3 men that did our house were very courteous, fun and you could tell they really love and care about their work. It was a crew of Tim, Thor, and Wayne. Tim would suggest some things to add a little "extra" nice look which we would have never thought of. They were also very considerate in listening to our concerns and ideas. It was nice how they cleaned up at the end of every day. Nothing but compliments from neighbors and relatives and friends. I kid around and say the first time I drove home after it was done and I drove right by it. Will not have a problem mentioning C. Michael and the crew we had. If I had another house would for sure use C. Michael.

The installation crew did a wonderful job, they were clean and courteous, on time every day. Even stayed late if necessary. They knew what they were doing and the finished product looked great every step of the way.
warmer cellar
I had all 5 of my cellar windows plus 1 kitchen window replaced last month. It is so nice to have windows that open and admit breezes only when I want them to. The crew that did the work did a fine job . They were very courteous and pleasant even when I misunderstood a couple of small details and fussed about them. Sometimes senior citizens aren't the easiest people to deal with and we get confused! All in all it was a job well done and I will certainly consider C. Michael for any other projects I might have in the future.

I was happy with my experience with C. Michael Exteriors. We signed our contract at the initial consultation and our windows were ordered right after, so they came in a timely manner. On the day of installation the crew came in and got the job done quickly without leaving any mess. I left for work in the morning and came home to our beautiful new windows!

Our house was built in the 80's and the windows were original to the home and the drafts were getting worse. My wife found C. Michael Exteriors on Angie's list and we decided to hire them after meeting their representative who was very honest and did an amazing presentation about their product. The team arrived, introduced themselves and went straight to work. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to you for making it financially possible for me to replace my 2 sliding glass doors and 2 windows. They were all the original doors and windows from construction in 1992 (27 yrs), they were heavy and the doors were beginning to show some signs of rot as were the window sills. I am so happy to now have new windows and doors that slide easily. The crew were all professional and respectful of my home and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Your company stood by the warranty and the 2 wrinkles with the installation have now been corrected. Frank and I are so happy with the new windows we had installed by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. From our first meeting of company representatives at the Home Show at Mohawk Valley Community College, Saturday, March 9, 2019 until the installation was complete, the experience was so positive! We purchased a new home and decided to replace the windows because the windows had not been replaced during the lifetime of the house. They were drafty, creaky and chipped. They had deteriorated so much that that they were not energy-efficient anymore. Our in-home meeting with C. Michael Exterior’s sales representative was the start of our journey with this company.
