We are very excited about our new bathroom. The reason for the three stars is mainly due to the communication issues about the contract, and not being told about the wrong tub being ordered. This rating would have been less if it wasn’t for the effort and customer service from the sub contractor Don. He did a great job considering the miscommunication within the company.
