Sales and installation
The salesman arrived close to appointment time and was informative and answered our questions concisely. We had an installation date a couple of days after delivery of windows. The installer Dennis was able to put both picture windows in a surprisingly short time all by himself, and I was impressed. He was very efficient and had an accurate way of installing these windows. I would suggest if anybody who has Dennis installing the windows stay out of his way because he does did not stop moving the entire time. I also had one exterior door and an exterior storm door, plus a storm door to my garage installed which Dennis was able to do a couple of days later. If I were to have any other projects to do on our house, I would definitely ask if Dennis is available for the project. Having C.Michael Exteriors on a prior project and this current project just completed, I am very satisfied with the Customer service I received from all of the employees I came in contact with.
