For the most part I dealt exclusively with Jim Kline and his crew. They did an excellent job. They were timely, easy to deal with, extremely conscientious and professional. The weather conditions were trying, at best. Despite that, they did outstanding work, and cleaned up everyday. Jim helped me pick out the best color scheme. The entire crews' experience with construction, design and what would look best on my very big, old, multi-family home showed. No easy task! During the entrie process, they took the time to give me hints and advice on things to do to protect the exterior of my home, now and in the future. Additionally, small details such as wider corner pieces, gutters, and where to add trim made all the difference to the aesthetics of the house. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for the help.

I had 7 windows replaced by C. Michel Exteriors. They did a wonderful job. It was all done in a half day, there was no mess left. I am very happy with the windows. We recently had a very windy day and I did not feel the drafts that I used to have.

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows. Everything that Doug Migliaccio talked about in his presentation worked out exactly as stated. The windows are of the quality we expected. The crew that came to install them did precisely what he said. They stayed until it was 100% done and the supervisor stayed the entire time as well. Their work ethic and workmanship was supreme. We can already feel on these cold days no more cold air coming through our windows. We cannot wait until spring so we can open up our windows on a warm day. Several of our windows used to be sealed shut, but no more. We also like how the outside of the house looks so much better. The storm windows are no longer needed and no longer an eye sore. Heather and I want to thank you for your part in the purchase and appreciate your openness when it came to options for the home. We are incredibly happy with our windows and they have made a dramatic difference to the house. They look great, I can open them with ease and the bay window we had added opens up the living room in a whole new way. The other item I've noticed is the difference in heat and noise. When you showed up the "heat lamp" test in the home I knew the windows would make a difference. It is amazing to walk around the home though and feel it. Having the thermostat set at the same temperature as it was before the windows, rooms that had a chill no longer do. I can't find any drafts and I can't wait to see my next National Grid bill to confirm it. Also, when you said it would make a difference in sound, you weren't kidding. We don't hear the cars outside like we did before, that has been great. I also want to commend the installation crew. They were fantastic and very professional. To have all 18 windows done in about 6 hours was better than anything I imagined. We did a final walk through when everything was finished and it didn't look like anything had been touched that day. Instead it looked like a snap of the fingers and poof, new windows. The other thing that stood out was when they finished the bay window they noticed that three of the openings seemed to be tight. From our first encounter with your salesman, Joe Palermo to the installation by Chance and his crew we have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service provided through this process. First Joe came to our home and discussed the quality of the windows and showed us a sample window and explained how they would install them. He seemed very knowledgeable about the process. We asked a lot of questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it out quickly and let us know. Then Chance came and took measurements and placed the order. It took about 7 weeks from the time he took the measurements to have them installed. The installation went very smoothly. Chance and his crew of about 9 men came and removed and installed all 22 of our windows and front door, including sidelight in one day. They took away all old windows and door and cleaned up inside and outside before they left. The crew was friendly and polite. Any questions we had while they were installing the windows were answered in a respectful and informative manner. We did have an issue with the front door, but after some discussion and with quick attention to our concerns it was resolved to our satisfaction. The appearance of the house is amazing with all new windows, front door and sidelight. Great curb appeal! All in all, we highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc.

My husband and I bought our house in 2005. It was the model home in our development and was built in 2000. We knew we would have to eventually replace the windows because even though it was a new construction home, they do not use the best quality windows. We pretty much live in our kitchen and family room which face west. In the winter when there is a strong northwest wind, we could feel the draft and the windows and sliding glass door are so cold to the touch. In the summer we have the problem of feeling like we are in a sauna, as we have no trees in the back yard to block the sun. I'm sure our central air kicks in more than just to keep it cool. Windows are not something I really wanted to spend our money on at this time, but after ten years of cold, drafty windows I have decided this is an investment I can no longer put off, especially with energy prices rising. I know once they are in I'll be asking myself, "why didn't I do this sooner?" Better late than never. Thank you C. Michael Exteriors and I am sure I'll be replacing the rest of the windows soon.

e mint green is long gone and I couldn't be happier! When we met you told me that my house would look brand new and it really does! My house went from being the most outdated house on the street to one of the neatest, sharpest houses on the street. I am really glad I went with gray as I don't feel the color will date the house down the road. The men who tore down the old siding and put up the new were great to work with. They were very friendly. Kept me updated throughout the day or called with questions and were polite and respectful. Being a single woman having this work done, some friends were concerned I'd be treated with less respect than a man. I have to say I never felt as though I was being treated any differently. Jim, the foreman of the job was just a great guy. They put up all of the new lights I bought, the new doorbell and all of the other little things that made my house look even newer than I thought it would. They delivered exactly the great quality that you promised. I just want to thank you for everything.

We contracted with C. Michael Exteriors to replace our home windows. From the first visit by the salesman, Mike Reitz, to the end of the job everything was handled professionally. We ended up replacing 13 windows, one of which was an eight foot picture window to an eight foot bay. Chance Streeter, installation crew foreman, came and measured about a week after we accepted the proposal. He hoped it would be approximately four weeks to install and true to his word the windows were on time. Chance had arrived at our home around 12:30pm with his crew of ten. We were amazed at the precision of the crew. We just sat back and watched as window after window was replaced. By 4:00 the crew was packed up and gone. You would not even know they were even here, as everything was picked up and clean. Chance went over the paperwork and adjusted a couple handles on the casement windows to allow me (Carol) easier turning. By 4:30 the job was completed. It's been about 4 weeks since the job, and we are so pleased with the fact that we do not have any condensation on the windows. We also like the fact that the screens are able to go out of the way for the winter so that you have a nice clean site line as you look out. The bay window in the dining room is beautiful. It made the room appear much bigger. The basement windows have helped immensely, we usually have moisture and then ice on the inside in the winter.

We would like to thank all the people we associated with from C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. for the excellent work in replacing the windows in our home. We had 11 windows replaced, including two windows that had to be cut out and reframed. At every step of the process everyone that we encountered was courteous, professional and extremely competent. We received all that was promised. The windows are very attractive and really enhance the look of our home. Every bit of rubbish from the construction was removed by the crew and the work area was left sparkling clean. When Tom contacted us, we honestly hadn't been planning on replacing our windows this year due to cost. He was amazingly helpful, showing us multiple financing options. He did not pressure us in making a quick decision but left and let us talk it over for a little while. Once we had made the decision, the whole process was taken care of quickly. On installation day, the windows we delivered early in the morning with the crew right behind them. Chance immediately took charge and there was no delay in getting the work started.
