bathroom Remodel
I had Mason and his Worker Kyle come do my bathroom and it was awesome! Very professional ..On time..Great experience from start to finish! Mason is one remarkable human being. Bathroom excellence
The job took 3 long days and we enjoyed every moment. This is the third time that we have had this crew, supervised by Daren. They worked as a coordinated team, each knowing their job without much talk. If we had a question it was fully answered. We had our ideas and Daren did listen, however he also had suggestions that proved to be better than our ideas. The team was very detailed and not just in doing a good job but also in the clean up each day of the project. they were very polite and friendly while being professional.

2 years ago we had 2 large cottage windows replaced into our family room by C. Michael Exteriors. We liked them so much that, this year, we had the other 20 replaced. The old windows were the 40 year old original windows and the whole process from choosing the windows to delivery and 1 day installation was very smooth and timely. The crew that Chancey brought with him were professional and efficient. They were very careful of our hardwood floors when working inside too. No more moisture and ice on the inside of our windows anymore! We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors. Also, The warrantee can’t be beat!
Replacing a Shower
Daren and crew were very courteous and professional. They went the extra mile in all aspects of the job that resulted not only in a beautiful new shower, but also a much more functional and serviceable shower and bathroom. They left the job cleaner than they found it. I couldn't be happier with their job.
Window Replacement
Great experience! Will be using C Michael’s for any further window replacements, and will definitely recommend them to others. Service on our (very) old kitchen windows only took the installer a few hours, and we love the new windows. Price was reasonable for the quality of work. We chose them over other local Syracuse/Oswego-based companies. Overall a great experience!
Don Osborne's shower installation
Our experience was wonderful and his workmanship was flawless! He and his co-worker Jose worked non-stop, were respectful, friendly, and very professional. We are so happy with our new walk-in shower.
Love my new shower
Mason and Kyle did a fantastic job replacing our tub and installing a walk in shower. The materials came im earlier than estimated. They worked on a Holiday past 7:00 to finish the job. Mason consulted with me all along theprocess. The results are beautiful and we are so pleased with the work. They cleaned up every speck of material. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
Like a brand new home
My house now is like a brand new house. Jack and his crew did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make my home what it is today. Jack went out of his way daily to make sure I was happy with the way things looked. Jack was very easy to talk too and his communication with me was very much welcomed. Could not have asked for a better group of guys to make this project all worthwhile. Thanks again Jack and your crew for great workmanship and professionalism. I could not be happier !!!! Excellent Job!
Mason and Kyle did an amazing job with our shower install. They were on time, very neat, and extremely kind. They worked very hard during the 2 days they were here,and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is installing a shower and will call Mason again when I update my other bathroom. Thank you Mason and Kyle for an excellent job.

I'm still in Awe of my new tub/shower conversion that was completed last night.. C Michael Exteriors went above and beyond when it comes to customer service from office workers to installers. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mason and Kyle who were the installers. I have never in my day met two caring, polite young men. Mason is a perfectionist!!! Kyle I think uses rollerblades and works just as hard. Mason always said please and thank you to Kyle when asking him for something. Who does that in this day and age? They started 9AM on Monday and finished last night at 8pm. The only break they took was lunch. Mason just didn't assume how high the bench would be or where to put the shelves, he included me in all decisions They covered my floors and cleaned up at the end of the day. Mason went over everything at the end on when I could use, how to check to make things were dry etc.. At the end he said we are partners for Life! He makes you feel a part of the C Michaels Exteriors Family. 😎
