Job Description

C. Michael Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Development Representatives to join our canvassing team.

This role focuses on speaking with homeowners and setting free in-home consultations for our design team.
There is no selling, no closing, and no pressure.

Paid training begins Monday, January 12.

Responsibilities

Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods (territories provided)
Speak with homeowners about home improvement needs
Introduce our window, siding, and bath services
Schedule free in-home consultations
Log activity using our mobile app
Represent the company professionally and consistently

Qualifications

Comfortable speaking with homeowners
Reliable transportation
Able to work outdoors
Coachable, dependable, and professional
Must be 18+
