Job Description

C. Michael Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Development Representatives to join our canvassing team.

This role focuses on speaking with homeowners and setting free in-home consultations for our design team.
There is no selling, no closing, and no pressure.

Paid training begins Monday, January 12.

Responsibilities

• Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods (territories provided)
• Speak with homeowners about home improvement needs
• Introduce our window, siding, and bath services
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Log activity using our mobile app
• Represent the company professionally and consistently

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Must be 18+
